Set in New York City, the story centers on a couple played by Linney and Brian whose adventurous lives as photographers come to a sudden end when Linney got injured when she was covering the war in Iraq. The sudden change in lifestyle from everyday action and excitement to that of an ordinary couple who must live each day in their homes takes a toll on their persons. With their newfound existence that is conventional in its ordinariness, the couple must now consider what is important. This is Laura Linney's second appearance in a play written by David Margulies. In the first play, Sight Unseen, Laura was able to garner another nomination for the Tony Awards. If you are a longtime fan of Laura, perhaps this might be the play where she finally wins a Tony Award. The play will be seen at the Samuel J Friedman Theater and is directed by Daniel Sullivan.
