Making sure you're full before you come to a hockey game is never a need for concern. All the rinks at which NHL games take place are fully stocked with food vendors, and often times restaurants. In fact, eating at the rink is preferable to many fans because nothing tastes better than eating a hotdog while watching the Colorado Avalanche score a goal on the Oilers.
Buy season passes and you can experience the Avalanche journey all year long, and cheer along with the other season pass holding fans that are there every game, rain or shine. Being connected with a team such as the Avalanche is a great experience, and for those who haven't tried attending a sports game, or a hockey game, you should pick up tickets for a game and try it out. Who knows, you might like it.
In the end, if the Colorado Avalanche end up winning a trophy or tournament like they've been known to do, then that's great. If not, well, at least you had a great time watching and rooting them on.
