Umphrey's McGee' tickets are a sell out not only among fans but also among those who want to find out if this band is comparable to more established and popular bands like Led Zeppelin and Grateful Dead. Umphreys McGee is an American band that dabbles on rock and jam music and the band’s live performances are somehow similar to the Grateful Dead in terms of constant improvisation and an ever changing set list. However, the band’s influence is clearly the likes of Pink Floyd, Frank Zappa, Yes, The Police, and even the heavy metal band Iron Maiden. |
