After producing five albums with the band Humble Pie, Peter Frampton decided to leave the band and start his own solo career. He kicked it off his career with his first solo album entitled "Wind of Change" which saw the light of day in 1972. The success of this album was bittersweet because it coincided with the immense popularity of Humble Pie's latest album, one which Peter Frampton did not contribute to due to his leaving the band. From the 70s on Peter Frampton has continued to release solo material, with his latest album hitting store shelves in 2006 under the name of "Fingerprints".
One of Peter Frampton's most notable achievements is having produced "Frampton Comes Alive!" which is one of the best selling live albums of all time. Peter remains popular to date due to the constant evolution of his music and particularly enticing bluesy style. He's become notable as of late because of his use of a talk-box during performances.
Peter Frampton hits the road once again to play material from his long and celebrated solo career. Pick up tickets and have a great time listening to a once famous band member, to a now famous solo artist.
