Jeff Dunham was born in Dallas, Texas in 1960 he is a well known ventriloquist and stand up comedian. Dunham graduated from Baylor University. His favorite hobby is building miniature helicopters and flying them himself. He has several puppets that he likes to make come to live with his special talent as a ventriloquist. In 1998, Jeff Dunham won an American Comedy Award "Lifetime Achievement" as the Funniest Male Stand-Up Comic. He released "Arguing With Myself" his first DVD. Jeff has been married to Paige Dunham since 1990. He performed on Comedy Central Special in 2003, with another taping scheduled in June 2008 which will be released by the Holiday season.
Jeff Dunham has a variety of puppets that he uses for his ventriloquist acts. Peanut is a Woozle with green hair and wears only one shoe and was made in Salem, Virginia. He is very hyperactive and always lets everyone know that he can not read. Another puppet that Jeff likes to perform with is Walter which is a grouchy old man that loves to argue with Peanut.
